Crystalings specie guide

What are Crystalings?
Crystalings are ponies that have crystals growing on their body, or crystal body parts.
They have gems that are growing on their body, and if the gem will break, the pony will die.
Pony Races
Crystalings can be Earth, Unicorn or Pegasus. NO ALICORNS
Earth Crystalings
Earth Crystalings are the most basic Crystalings. their crystal magic is weak.
They have a big gem on their chest, and hooves covered in crystals.
Unicorn Crystalings
Unicorn Crystalings are the second most common race. their crystal magic is medium.
They have a Small gem on their forehead, between the eyes. their unicorn horn is made out of crystals, so they CAN'T use unicorn magic.
They have cloven crystal hooves, that are usually covered with fur.
Pegasus Crystalings
Pegasus Crystalings are pretty hard to find.
They are quite rare, and their crystal magic is powerful.
Their gem is located on their back, between their wings.
Their wings are made out of crystals, and they have to be very careful while flying.
Eyes
Most of the Crystalings have normal pony eyes.
Some might have crystal eyes, but they cannot move their eyes or blink.
Fur
Some of the Crystalings that are living on cooler islands might grow some fur so they could get warmer.
Head Crystals
All of the Crystaling have some type of crystals growing on their head or body.
Ponies with the ear crystals cannot hear very well.
Body Crystals
The crystals are mostly used for energy or attracting a mate.
Ponies with Long or Medium leg crystals often have problems walking, because the crystals sometimes hurt their legs.
Tails
Crystalings have unique tails, which are a big gem or crystal head with eyes that is connected to the pony with a rope.
Sometimes, their tail might break. if it does, the pony becomes very weak, and has a very low chance to attract a mate.
If the Crystaling loses their gem tail, the pony will die, unless the pony have big crystals that can provide enough energy for him to survive. (for example the big horn crystals or or a long body crystal)
Where do they live

The Crystalings live on crystal islands. they are full of minerals and crystals and also shaped like crystals.
Everything on the islands are full of crystals, the trees, bushes, even the animals on the island have crystals parts.
The ponies are active during day and night, but they might get weak and tired if they waste all their energy.
To get more energy, the ponies need to rest near the crystals, until their crystals are full of energy again.
When the pony gets tired, the color of his crystals becomes dull and gray, and doesn't produce energy.
Attracting mates
Crystalings are using their energy to attract mates as well.
The bigger the crystals are the more energy they produce, which means the chance is bigger to attract a mate.
Colors
The pony mane and coat can be any color. just not neon or stuff like that.

The crystals are usually blue/purple but can be any close color to these. (different colors of blue like aqua, rose or pink.)
Some rarer Crystalings have crystals with different colors. (rarity of rare or higher.)

You can create one of your own, but please read these rules before creating one:
1. You can use ALL of the common and uncommon traits.
2. You can only use ONE rare trait. (you CAN'T use VERY RARE)
3. CREDIT me for the specie.
4. You can't design a Crystaling for another person.
5. Your Crystaling needs to be approved before you can use it.
